If the fact that you have to go up the fourth floor on foot does not bother you, but in return you can save 1-1.5 million HUF, I can offer you an ideal flat.
PRICE: 12 000 000 HUF
The flat, located in the town centre, is 69 m
2. It has three rooms (one big and two small), it is light, every room has its own entrance.
On the floor plan you can see, how the rooms are placed. You can check it with the description.

And now you can follow me through the flat and if you like it perhaps it can be yours one day.
This is the
HALL (előszoba) with the front door. There are three locks on the door that gives you safety, although the surrounding itself is safe. There is a shoe-shelf on the left, and on the right a built-in cupboard with new doors. If you remove the cupboard you can make the hall bigger.

THE DINING ROOM (étkező)
This is a large room, 7 ms long, and it can provide more functions: In our household the part nearest to the window is the dining room, on the right and on the left there are office machines (fax and photocopier – not necessary in a normal household). All around the walls there are bookshelves. It is possible to remove the wall from the back left side to join the kitchen and the dining room. Because of our lifestyle we preferred to keep the original design.

THE VIEW FROM THE DINING ROOM WINDOW

The part of the dining room that you cannot see on the other photo is the
STUDY.

You can enter the
LIVING ROOM (nappali) on the left (22 m
2).
The wall is covered all around with rauhfraser, so it needs only a simple painting. Before furnishing you can change the carpet in the room if you want. There is a French window opening to the spacy balcony. All the windows have been changed into the most modern ones, not only in this room, but everywhere in the flat. And there are blinds on every window. These two changes contributed to reduce the gas bills greatly. The original inside doors have not been changed, because they are in the same condition as they used to be.

BALCONY (erkély)
This is my favourite place. On the photos you can see only the wonderful view, but the balcony itself is also nice. The walls are repainted, the lattice has been glazed, and the floor is covered with new tiles. The concrete balcony boxes (1.5 m
2) are full of herbs and flowers from spring until late autumn. It will give you a lot of pleasure.

…and on the right

…and in winter

CORRIDOR (közlekedő)
This corridor leads from the dining room to the two bedrooms. The bigger one is opposite, and the smaller one is on the left. There is a large built-in cupboard on the right side, where you can hide unbelievably big amount of stuff. The doors have been changed, too.

THE BIGGER BEDROOM (kisszoba) (10.5 m2)
We use this room as a storage room at the moment.

THE SMALLER BEDROOM (kisszoba) (app.7 m2)
It used to be children’s room, study room. This is the cosiest, warmest place in the flat. The room has laminate flooring and the walls of the two bedrooms have been painted against electrosmog. Of course, it is not as dark as it is in this photo.

KITCHEN (konyha)
The advantage of the small kitchen is that you can reach everything you need, just by turning around yourself. The large built-in cupboards hide everything: pots and pans, cutlery, food. On the wall opposite the cooker and next to the window new cupboards were fixed, that are included in the price. There are tiles up to 1.5 m, so you can keep the walls tidy. The sink and the cooker were changed three years ago. The convector was removed many years ago, because we did not need it.

BATHROOM (fürdőszoba)
This is the newest part of the flat, it was done up less than two years ago. The pipes were changed, and there are tiles up to the ceiling. There is a modern shower cabin and a cupboard with a large mirror. There is an electric heater, too. Everything built-in is included in the price.

And at last the
TOILET (wc)
The toilet opens from the hall, so it is in the flat still outside. It was done up at the same time as the bathroom. There is a hand-wash basin and an economical bowl. The walls are tiled up to 1 meter, and the floor is covered with tiles, too.
